Join the Glotman Simpson club coaches for a fun evening of workouts and technical training on your bike. Become a better hill climber, sprinter, time trialist - gain new skills - and most important: Improve your fitness.
Each session will have qualified and certified coaches working on YOUR technique followed by group intervals based on ability level. These workouts and skills will provide a helpful foundation for your GranFondo or racing season or the Saturday club rides. So get off the couch and come work on your form!
These rides are the true mid-week workout sessions which will help you to step it up a notch. The sessions are fully coached by the best qualified and most experienced coaches in town.
- Who: Glotman Simpson club members only; from beginners to experts.
- When: 21 sessions from April 14th, 2011 to September 1st, 2011; 6pm-8:00 p.m.
- Canceled if pooring rain.
- Where: Meet at 1637 West 5th Ave at the Glotman Simpson Club Office.
- Why: Everyone wants to train smarter and ride faster.
- Costs: $200 for all 21 sessions or $15 drop-in.
