Stay hydrated with Alete. 2 for 1 offer extended to May 25

Training is a must for any cyclist, whether you’re preparing for a big race or trying to complete your first gran fondo. In one hour of intense training a cyclist may expend 30% of their daily energy output, so thinking about both energy (carbohydrates) and water replacement is critical. This means more than just throwing some blue Gatorade powder into your water bottle!

What’s needed is real hydration and carbohydrate replacement to keep your body going during long rides. One of our newest club partners for 2015, Alete, has a solution (and a deal) for you! Alete® Natural Hydration helps prevent de-hydration, helps restore muscle glycogen, and quickly replaces important electrolytes lost in sweat during cycling. Best of all they’re offering GS club members 2 for 1 pricing until May 25. You must be registered as a GS Cycling Club member to qualify for this offer.

Not a member? Become one now. Orders are expected to arrive in June, and you'll receive notice when your order is ready for pick-up at the GSC Office. If you would like to learn more about ALETE, visit alete.ca or like them on Facebook.
