- Depending on the numbers it would be great to have someone ride the team van?
- The ride itself is approx.145km in total
- 35km from Sumas to small town of Glacier (rolling country roads).
- and another 35km from there to summit/end of road @ top lookout.
- last 35km climbs (20km is up and down gradual and last 15km is steady).
- all last 35km is in spectacular national forest with river beside much of the road.
- Duration is roughly 5-7 hours.
- The ride is minimal traffic and great roads.
- Those of who don't want/need the whole distance can consider driving to Glacier and riding up and back from there.
If you are interested please contact Michael at mdinger[at]shaw[.]ca
Also Michael will also be arranging other rides throughout the summer and if there is enough interest another Mt. Baker ride may be in the works!
