Glotman Simpson Cycling Year End Party

It's been a big year for our club and now it's time to celebrate! Following are the details for the year end party, capacity is limited so get your tickets early.

The Details

Date: Saturday November 27, 2010

Location: St. Regis Hotel Bar & Grill, 608 Dunsmuir Street.

Tickets: $20.00 per person (includes taxes and gratuity) available for purchase at the Club office (1637 West 5th Ave). Ticket covers entry and food.

Tickets can be purchased on Monday November 8th from 8:00-8:30 and Thursday November 11th from 3:00-4:00.

Food: Buffet style with a selection of fruits, salad, and tapas (Including: organic greens salad, roasted red pepper hummus, wings, dry ribs, calamari, pizza, fruit and veggie platters).

Drinks: A separate drink menu will also be available.

Entertainment: Band details and start time to be announced shortly.

Every year GS kicks off the riding season with a good party. This year was no different as we gathered at West Point Cycles and had some fun!

The end-of-season BBQ bash was a roaring success with a great turn out of club and team members along with the amazing anouncement that Glotman•Simpson Cycling has raise a total of $42,000 for pancreatic cancer research this season.

First anual Club Party

Please reserve Thursday November 13th on your calendar. We will be hosting our first annual Club Party at the Yaletown Brew Pub.

When: November 13th 2008, 6pm to open end (Snacks will be served between 6pm and 8pm)

Where: Yaletown Brew Pub. A section of the pub will be separated for us.

What: We will be providing food snacks for everybody. Drinks have to be covered by the individuals.

2012 Club Membership

Membership is mandatory to participate in any Team/Club events, plus becoming a club membership also brings many great benefits.

Sign-up online to become a 2012 Club Member

Option A: Basic Club Membership - ($120.75 earlybird / $147 regular) - Includes Cycling BC Insurance and a 2011 jersey.

Option B: Race License Club Membership - ($89.25 earlybird / $115.50 regular) - A Cycling BC Race License number is mandatory and the membership fee includes a 2011 jersey. Click here to find out which license you need for racing.

Option C: Affiliate Membership for riders from other clubs - ($31.50) - You need to show that you belong to another registered Club. A club jersey is not included.

NOTE - Early bird discounts are available if you sign up before January 31, 2012.
